Welcome to Sacred Heart School
We hope that this website will give you a flavour of what it means to be part of the Sacred Heart community. Sacred Heart is a thriving, well established and successful 11-16 voluntary aided, mixed comprehensive Roman Catholic school in the Diocese of Middlesbrough. We exist to provide a community that values Catholic traditions and beliefs, our priorities are:
- To care for the community
- To encourage individual growth
- To work towards academic success
Judged to be outstanding by both Ofsted and the Diocese of Middlesbrough in Autumn 2011, the success of the school is down to the commitment of staff, students and governors striving together for excellence, and the recognition that each individual has something unique that only they can contribute to the growth and development of the school community.
