Attended: 1972 - 1976

Best Memories:

I have many good memories of my time at Sacred Heart.  I made fantastic friends, many of whom I still keep in touch with.

Favourite Teacher: Mr Milburn

My favourite lesson was Science with Mr Milburn and Maths was the worst.

Most interesting experience:

Working as an the Executive Assistant for a group of companies owned by the Polar Explorer Robert Swan. Working to raise awareness of environment issues facing Antarctica, we were dealing with many of the biggest companies in the world including, IBM and Pepsi at the highest level.  We were managing an International BT Challenge yacht sailing into the Antarctica and organising expeditions.  It was thrilling stuff but all good things come to an end.

What I do now:

I have just achieved a Masters Degree in Business Administration.  It was a fantastic day in my red cap and gown. I was never an outstanding student but I worked hard and had the tenacity to stick at it.  My biggest achievement was passing my final Statistics exam with flying colours.  Not bad for someone who failed CSE Maths.  I have now embarked on a new career working for myself, working with organisations to develop and establish business systems that lead to growth and success.
